The UK Sports Prototype Cup (UKSPC) is a new series launched for 2019 and will feature two categories, The Revolution UK Trophy and the Dunlop Radical SR3 Trophy.

The Revolution, a brand new race car aims to bridge the gap between the ultra-successful Radical SR3 and the high-downforce LMP3 machines. Pioneered by Phil Abbott (Co-founder of Radical Motorsport in 1998) and a selection of highly skilled and experienced staff, hand-picked by Mr Abbott, the Revolution has all the pedigree to be a highly successful marque, both here in the UK, and overseas.

The UKSPC will be a great stepping stone for any aspiring

Le-mans drivers. With both, single-driver, sprint races and

two-driver, hour long*, races per weekend it gives drivers

the best of both worlds, and that all-important driver

change practice. The final race of the season is set to be

at the magnificent Portimao, Autodromo internacional do Algarve

, supporting the European Le-Mans Series, what better way

to end the season, than in warm and sunny (hopefully) Portugal

in front of potential, future, team-mates and teams.

The Revolution will also have a 'super series' which will allow drivers the chance to race in Europe around the UKSPC at circuits such as Barcelona and Estoril as part of the V-de-V race series.

The UKSPC will run alongside other premium racing events such as the Britcar-promoted Dunlop Endurance Championship and European Le-Mans Series.
